Lotus Cleaning offer end of lease cleaning, spring cleaning and ongoing cleaning services. We have exceptional high standards and everything that is required for end of lease cleaning.
We know that everyone wants the entire bond back and doing a perfect end of lease cleaning is one way to get it back. We have a lot of experience with bond cleaning with 100% satisfaction so far.
Bond cleaning - $150 for first 2 hours. $45 per hour after.
Bond Cleaning checklist:
Curtains, venetians and blinds to be cleaned, washed or dry cleaned (depending on type of fabric)
Fly screens (window screens) to be removed and carefully and cleaned
Windows, windowsills and tracks to be vacuumed & cleaned
Doors, door frames, door handles and tracks to be cleaned and undamaged.
Clean all marks of walls, skirting boards and ceilings with sugar soap
Cobwebs to be removed from ceilings and walls
Clean all light fittings and remove insects
Clean all light switches & power points
Wash floors and skirting boards
Clean all ceiling fans of dust (if applicable)
Clean all mirrors throughout, including wardrobes (if applicable), and any glass-top surfaces
Clean wardrobe shelves and drawers.
Clean all exhaust fans and air vents throughout property
Clean air-conditioners and filters (if applicable)
Clean the oven and grill.
Clean the stove top, hot plates and the range hood including filters (if applicable)
Clean all cupboards inside and out (and on top!)
Sink taps and disposal unit clean and polished
Walls and tiles free of grease
All benches, accessible surfaces and floors clean and free from dirt and grease
Dishwasher is clean, free of debris (if applicable)
Refrigerator defrosted and cleaned (if applicable)
Shower recess to be scrubbed
Grouting free of all soap residue, mould and mildew
Shower curtain/screen to be cleaned
Clean and sanitise shower, tiles, bathtub and sink
All plugholes clean and free of debris
Clean mirrors
Clean all drawers and cupboards.
Toilet to be cleaned thoroughly
Clean all sinks and taps
Lawns to be mowed and edges trimmed 2-3 days before vacating (if applicable)
Clean balcony and patio
Flower beds and pebble areas to be weeded
No rubbish left in gardens or around property
All garbage bins to be emptied and washed
Driveways, carports, garages and any concrete areas free from oil and grease stains
Garage floor area to be swept and cobwebs removed
Remove cobwebs from outside eaves, awnings and ceilings
